# How to humanize or rewrite AI-generated content in Profound

> Two ways to humanize or rewrite AI-generated content with Profound Agents

You can humanize or fully rewrite AI-generated content in Profound in two main ways:

* Use the `/Humanizer Copy` command in the AI Marketer chat when you want to quickly rewrite pasted text so it sounds more natural.
* Use the **Content Rewrite Applier** agent template when you want Profound to rewrite a full page using a URL plus optimization recommendations.

## When to use each option

### Use\*\* `/Humanizer Copy` \*\*for quick copy edits

This is the fastest option when you already have draft text and want Profound to rewrite it.

1. Open the AI Marketer chat.
2. Type `/Humanizer Copy`.
3. Paste the AI-generated text you want rewritten.
4. Review the rewritten output.

Use this when you want to remove stiff or overly AI-sounding phrasing without building a larger workflow.

### Use Content Rewrite Applier for full-page rewrites

Use the **Content Rewrite Applier** agent template when you want a more structured rewrite workflow.

This template can:

* take a page URL as input
* apply optimization recommendations
* rewrite the page into publish-ready markdown
* reduce AI-sounding language patterns
* return a rewrite plus a change log

This is a better fit when you are chaining content recommendations into a larger editing or publishing process.

## How this relates to Skills and Agents

In Profound, humanizing behavior may come from either a command, a skill, or an agent workflow depending on how your workspace is set up.

* A **Skill** can be attached to a **Prompt LLM** node to influence how generated text is rewritten.
* A reusable command such as `/Humanizer Copy` may be the easiest entry point for teammates working directly in chat.
* An agent template such as **Content Rewrite Applier** is better for repeatable, multi-step workflows.

If you are deciding which "humanizer" option someone means, ask whether they want a quick rewrite of pasted text or a full-page rewrite workflow.

## Related guidance

* Use **Prompt LLM** when you want to build your own rewrite logic inside an Agent.
* Use a Skill with **Prompt LLM** when you want reusable rewrite behavior across multiple agents.
