# Afirmaciones de FactCheck

Las afirmaciones inexactas detrás de tu puntuación de precisión: las declaraciones falsas que las respuestas de IA
hicieron sobre tu categoría, procedentes de la pestaña FactCheck de la plataforma. Devuelve una
lista plana y paginada, o usa `group_by` sobre una dimensión para dividirlas en secciones. Una afirmación es
`{ cluster_id, claim, occurrence }` más lo que añada `include`.

* **`occurrence`:** el % de respuestas dentro del alcance que contienen la afirmación.
* **`include`:** cualquiera de `theme`, `reasoning`, `models`, `evidence`, `citation_sources`.
  * `models[]`: qué modelos hacen la afirmación: `{ id, name, occurrence }`.
  * `evidence[]`: fragmentos de la base de conocimiento que la refutan: `{ id, kb_path, kb_snippet, source_updated_at }`.
  * `citation_sources[]`: las páginas citadas que impulsan la afirmación: `{ href, hostname, citation_category, domain_category, snippet, citation_share }`. `citation_share` es un porcentaje, equilibrado por modelo, que coincide con la pestaña Citations.
* **`group_by`:** 0 o 1 de `model`, `region`, `persona`, `prompt`, `topic`, `tag`, `theme` (no `citation` ni `date`: esas son dimensiones de puntuaciones). Vacío → una única lista plana paginada; una dimensión → una sección por valor: `{ <dim>: { id, name }, accuracy, accurate, inaccurate, total_claims, claims: […] }`, cada una con **todas** sus afirmaciones.
* **`filter`:** el mismo árbol restringido que en [puntuaciones](/es/rest-api/reports/query-factcheck-v2), un `and` de nivel superior con hojas de un solo campo sobre `model`/`topic`/`region`/`persona`/`prompt`/`tag` (solo `topic` se puede negar).

  Algunas restricciones devuelven `422` (con un mensaje): `citation_sources` no está disponible con `group_by` (su cuota depende del alcance); solicítalo en la lista plana; `group_by: ["tag"]` no se puede combinar con un filtro `tag` (las etiquetas tienen varios valores, por lo que las secciones de etiquetas concurrentes escaparían al filtro); y dividir en secciones por `model` sobre un alcance inusualmente grande (>\~2000 clústeres inexactos): reduce el rango o usa `filter`.

<Accordion title="Variante de streaming (SSE) (mismo cuerpo, /stream)">
  `POST /v2/reports/factcheck/claims/stream` acepta el **mismo cuerpo de solicitud**
  y devuelve [Server-Sent Events](https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/Web/API/Server-sent_events):
  un evento `summary` (el bloque `info`) y luego un evento `result` por afirmación.
  `limit`/`cursor` se ignoran; devuelve todo de forma predeterminada. Pasa
  `max_results` para establecer un límite.

  El stream es **solo la lista plana**: `group_by` y las búsquedas por afirmación de
  `evidence`/`citation_sources` devuelven `422`; usa el endpoint sin streaming
  para afirmaciones en secciones o enriquecidas.
