# Microsoft SharePoint を Profound に接続する

> Profound Agents 用に Microsoft SharePoint インテグレーションを設定します

このガイドでは、OneDrive と SharePoint のファイルを Profound に接続する手順を説明します。接続すると、Profound の Agents で Word 文書の読み取りと作成、Excel ブックの読み取りと書き込み、PowerPoint プレゼンテーションの読み取りができるようになります。

  Profound はユーザー単位で Microsoft のサービスに接続します。各チームメンバーが自分の Microsoft アカウントを接続し、すべての Agent ノードはそのアカウントの権限で実行されます。ノードがアクセスできるのは、接続したアカウントが開けるファイルのみです。

## 始める前に

次のものが必要です。

* Agents で使用したい [OneDrive](https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/onedrive/online-cloud-storage) と [SharePoint](https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/sharepoint/collaboration) のファイルにアクセスできる、[Microsoft 365](https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365) の職場または学校アカウント
* [Profound](https://www.tryprofound.com/) アカウント

## セットアップガイド

  <Step title="Microsoft SharePoint を接続する" id="step-1">
    * Profound で、プラットフォームの左上にある組織名を選択し、**Settings** を選択します。
    * 左サイドバーで、**Account** の下にある **Integrations** を選択します。
    * **Microsoft SharePoint** を検索して選択し、**Add account** を選択します。
    * ポップアップダイアログで Microsoft アカウントにサインインし、Profound がリクエストする権限を承諾します。

    アカウントが **Personal** ラベル付きで **Connected accounts** の下に表示されていれば、接続は成功しています。

  <Step title="接続を確認する" id="step-2">
    Agents がファイルにアクセスできることを確認するには、Workflow builder でノードをテストします。

    * Profound で[新しい Agent を作成](https://help.tryprofound.com/articles/2212787792-create-an-agent)して **Workflow builder** を選択するか、既存の Agent の下書きを開きます。
    * Microsoft Word の [**Get Document**](/ja-jp/integrations/microsoft-365/using-word-in-agents#get-document) ノードを追加し、**Microsoft Account** でご自身のアカウントを選択します。
    * **Document** で、Word 文書を名前で検索するか、SharePoint または OneDrive のリンクを貼り付けるか、**Browse documents in OneDrive or SharePoint** を選択して文書を選びます。
    * **Test node** (再生 <Icon icon="play" /> アイコン) を選択し、出力に文書のテキストが含まれていることを確認します。

    Excel や PowerPoint のノードを使用する予定がある場合は、同じ方法でテストしてください。

Workflow builder から直接 Microsoft SharePoint を接続することもできます。Microsoft Word、Excel、または PowerPoint のノードを追加し、ノード設定の **Microsoft Account** ドロップダウンを開いて **Add integration** を選択します。

## アクセス権の取り消し

接続済みアカウントのアクション (**...**) メニューで **Revoke** を選択すると、いつでもファイルへの Profound のアクセス権を取り消せます。この接続を使用している Word、Excel、PowerPoint ノードは、アカウントを再接続するまで動作しなくなります。

Outlook など、独自の接続を持つ他の Microsoft インテグレーションは、引き続き Agents で利用できます。
