  <Accordion title="Hours Saved の指標はどのように計算されますか？">
    削減時間は、各マーケティングカテゴリの Agent 実行回数に、そのカテゴリに設定された手作業時間を掛けて推定します。Profound は手作業による平均完了時間をデフォルト値として使用しており、カテゴリごとに値を編集できます。**Total Hours Saved Breakdown** を開くと、合計値の根拠となる正確な数値を確認できます。

    組織を離れたユーザーでも、ランク入りするだけの Agent 利用実績がある場合は、**Former Member** のタグ付きでリーダーボードに引き続き表示されます。

    ベンチマークデータは、オプトインした Profound ユーザーの匿名化・集計されたデータプールから取得されています。ベンチマークデータの共有はデフォルトで有効になっています。

    はい。オプトアウトするには、**Command Center** ビューの右上にある **Settings** に移動し、**Enable peer benchmarking** の設定をオフに切り替えます。データ共有をオプトアウトすると、ベンチマーク機能を利用できなくなります。
