After you connect your Outlook mailbox, the following nodes become available in Profound Agents under Microsoft Suite. Use them to send emails from the connected mailbox. Every node runs against the account you select under Outlook Account and sends emails as that account.

Outlook

Sends an email from the connected mailbox. Microsoft saves the sent email in the mailbox’s Sent Items.

Required inputs

  • Outlook Account — Select a connected Outlook account from the dropdown
  • To — One or more recipient addresses
  • Subject
  • Body — The message text. Enter it as plain text. If the text looks like Markdown (headings, lists, links, bold text), Profound converts it to HTML before sending. Otherwise, it’s sent as plain text. The node can’t send attachments

Optional inputs (Advanced settings)

A single email can have up to 500 recipients across To, Cc, and Bcc combined.

Output

A text confirmation that the message was sent, followed by the body that was sent.
Selecting Test node sends a real email. Confirm the recipients and the content before running the node.
