At the moment, you can share a deck only with members of your Profound organization. To hand a deck to someone outside, download it as a .pptx. Sharing outside your organization, the same way as in Profound Documents, is on our roadmap.
Both sets of changes apply. Slides merges edits as they happen and doesn’t lock a slide while someone works on it. You see the other person’s cursor and selection on the slide, so you can avoid editing the same elements.
Yes, on a saved deck. While AI Marketer (Aim) works, you and your teammates can keep editing any slide. When Aim finishes, it only replaces the slides it wrote the last time you asked. Edits anyone made to other slides in the meantime stay as they are. The only time you can’t edit is while Aim creates a brand-new deck.
If you asked for the change, select Undo in the toolbar. Anyone with edit access can also open the Live version menu, pick the version saved before the Aim edit, and select Restore version. Every Aim edit is saved as an Aim edited version in the same list.
No. When Aim rebuilds a slide, the comment threads pinned to it move to the new slide instead of resolving. A thread resolves on its own only when the element it’s pinned to is deleted, and it reopens if the element comes back.
Their organization role has to allow creating and editing decks. Without it, they can only open the deck in a read-only mode. If you share the deck with Can comment, they will be able to view and comment on the deck.
Yes. Upload a .pptx on the Templates tab of the Slides page, or attach it to the prompt when you ask Aim to build a deck. You can also save any deck as a template from the presentation options menu.
Yes. An Agent can create a deck or open an existing one during it’s run. You can also ask @Aim in Slack, Microsoft Teams, or email for a deck and receive a Slides link with the .pptx file attached.
